The hunt for baju raya

by chics on 24 August 2009 · 20 comments

in crap

I spent yesterday hunting for baju raya.

Like the rest of the keji people yang baru puasa ke 2 dah cari baju raya, I went hunting around Shah Alam city center. Dahla orang tu, puasa sehari pon belum, sibuk je nak cari baju raya. Ceh.

I thought it was easy but it was not. Agak susah nak cari baju yang berkenan dekat mata aku. There was this few kedai yang bajunya agak exquisite, not bad but when I saw them properly, they look like the baju that Rosmah would wear. You know the datin-rambut-besar type.

Dari terus nak salam, terus lari sambil menangis ok

Dari terus nak salam, terus lari sambil menangis ok

Other kedai, the cutting is just.. hohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh kau boleh tak buat saiz untuk makhluk kerdil tapi lebar macam akuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu?

I mean when it’s small, my kentaki thighs and buttocks will not even pass to fit in, bila bontot lolos labuhla pulakkkkkkkkk.

This is why I always tailored my baju kurung/kebaya. But it’s kind of too late to hantar for tailoring isn’t it?

Dari satu kedai ke satu kedaiii masih gagallll, orang yang tukang ikut pon muka dah bosan, so terpaksalah aku tanya dia soalan untuk menghiburkan hati

Me: Your baju nak colour apa?

He: Dark, black or brown maybe

Me: Huh *Muka kelam

He: Err.. why.

Me: Don’t want to match with me is it?

He: Then why did you ask meeee? Choose your baju firstla

Hehe.

Aku saje je, konon-konon caringla, padahal memang dah tahu pemerintahan kuku besi. As if he cares pon, kalau boleh nak je dia pakai seluar apek dia tu je dengan baju siam ke apa.

Speaking of seluar, I found few baju seluar, ala you knowlah atas macam kebaya bawah seluar yang lawa-lawa. Nak je aku beli tapi aku tak ingin nak tengok rumah nenek terbakar bila emak menaga tengok baju tu.

Jadi balik dengan kehampaan tapi tangan penuh rojak [hihi]

baju raya

But fret not, bulan ini masih panjang.

Wahhhhhhhhhhh bukan kau fikir nak beribadat ye, baju raya yang kau pikirkan.

Inilah dia budak-budak sekarang.

Baiklah saya dah insaf, mari kita sambung buat kerja – which is also an ibadah. Kan kannnn.

Ok fine, who am I kidding?

Tsk

Extensions

by chics on 7 August 2009 · 14 comments

in beauty, crap

I so cannot wait for my hair to grow. Dah lama tunggu ni but the proses pemanjangan is fucking slow.

One of the teteks said ” Kalau nak rambut cepat panjang, beraklah selalu”.

She was the one who told me that if I got laid without protection I will get pregnant straight away since my period come every twice a month.

Now why the hell am I telling you about my menstrual cycle? Sheesh

Ok back to cerita berak selalu rambut boleh panjang. I berak everyday, sometimes more than once [i am sorry for sharing my kesah berak with you but I am trying to make a point].

Yet, my hair is still lambat nak panjang.

I so tak sabar to wait anymore, right now I am thinking to get hair extension.

Nanto bolehla curl ke, straighkan ke bagai.

Just that

  • I dunno whether it will hurt or not
  • How much will it cost? Kalau sampai beribu I don’t wantlah pulak. Macam not worth it
  • I need to know the credible place to go. I don’t really believe in big name salon, sebab I have experience pergi big name salon tapi result macam cibai dan harga sangatla cibai and that’s just for cutting and colouring
  • I am thinking about this one salon that I always go in Shah Alam cuma not sure whether they provide such service or not.

  • How tedious can it be to take care of the extension?
  • I cannot afford to spent so much time for the hair. Sometimes there are days yang aku ikat macam ibu berpantang aja or lepas basuh terus abaikan.

I knowwwwwww. I am so fussy yet pemalas tapi still mengada nak.

It’s just that I need a new look. I told him last night while we are lying in the dark that I needed a new look and I want to do something about it, he said

“Don’tlah. Nanti your face look like Rosmah, how?”

Haha I bet he was imagining me with a ketat face in the middle of the dark. Aku meankan rambut, bolehla dia pikir lain.

Apa ni, termengumpat pulak? Dahla hari jumaat [wahh macamlah hari lain boleh mengumpat kan hehe]. Sheesh.

Anyway, you bunnies got any info to share about hair extension?

It’s in Shah Alam now!

in food, review

I love Home town yong tau foo in Ampang. Tapi tulah, dekat ampangla pulak, jem and parking pon macam gampang. Hey it rhymes hehe.

Kadang-kadang bernanah-nanah otak aku nak pergi situ semata-mata nak makan yong tau foo. To me it’s setap although he said yon tau foo yang tak halal lagi sedap.

Aku benci betul bila dia cakap macam ni, motiff kau nak kasi tau aku lepas tu aku tak boleh makan?

Anyway, I was browsing through Nina’s blog and I saw her entry padal home town yong tau foo. Just that she ate it in Shah Alam!

Oh my. Apahal aku tak tahu pulak niiiiiiiiiii? Dahla setahun dia dah bukak.

Eeee penat je aku meredah jem  bagai padahal dokek yo dengan rumah.

According to Nina, it is located opposite UITM. So if you want to go there, make sure you are heading towards UITM pintu belakang sebab the kedai is located at Sec 7.

Lepas je UITM, there will be a right turning [if you are from shah alam, if you are from Klang - UITM will be on your right and masuk ke kedai adalah belah kiri].

So masuklah ke right turning and you will deretan kedai. The restaurant is located on the second or third row tapi kedai dia paling hujunggggggggggg sekali.

Fuck, I am started to feel hungry as I am typing this.

The same cili and bendi!

The same cili and bendi!

Apa yang pelik was, the place is quite empty if you want to compare to Ampang branch yang tersangatlah pack sampai takde tempat nak duduk kadang-kadang.

lengang

lengang

Make me sad only, Please don’t close down. I was fucking happy when I found you!

We ordered our usual stuff, brinjals, chillis, tofu, foo chuk and dunno what else

Setap!!

Setap!!

And not to forget the chicken wings. I like the sauce.

Crunchy end. Nyammm nyam nyam

Crunchy end. Nyammm nyam nyam

But my all time favourite is their brinjal. So juicy and setap. I always ordered two for myself. Orang lain tak boleh share, kalau nak order sendirilaaa. Hehe

juicy = loveeeeeeeee

juicy = loveeeeeeeee

We never ordered rice when we eat here, kengkonon nak dietla padahalll makan sampai zip sluar terbukak dengan sendirinya.

But I am very happy that I found this place, dekat gila!

So if you love ampang home town yong tau foo, you would love this branch too!

Datangla, datanglaa supaya kedai dia tak tutup and aku boleh makan lagi .

Hmm

Tetibe air liur aku meleleh. Nakkkkkkkkkk

P.S: I also discovered another marvelous restaurant while dining at this yong tau foo outlet. Will blog about it later.
