I am a very picky when it comes to my skincare products.
Scratch that.
I am very picky when it comes to almost everything, including skincare products.
I have no faith anymore in sexpensive branded products because they won’t do me any good. Baiklah yang ada air beras ke, yang letak air tebu ke, novelle whatever ke semuanya tak sesuai.
Previously I was using this one brand handmade brand [vegan] from this one amazing seller Noirliliana. Her products were great. My kulit ular skin has turned into a normal human skin in few weeks.
Turned out to be, my skin cannot tolerate chemicals and Idon’tknowwhattheyputinside ingredients on commercial skincare anymore.
But.
The products and the shipping especially were quite costly especially when some of the items tertumpah during shipment. Plus, I had to wait for weeks to receive my products. Imagine bila aku last minute tersedar skincare dah habis, mau tak menggelupur nak tunggu 2-3 weeks.
And then I saw a facebook update from Precious Me. I used to adore her sugar body scrub and was sad when she told me she was no longer carrying that product.
Jadi apabila I found out that they came out with new products yang merupakan skincare, I was sexcited. And kene pulak masa tu, my skincare memang sudah nyawa-nyawa ikan.
The friendly owner immedietely shipped out my items and I got them within 1-2 days.
"FLOWER POWER" 3-in-1 Facial Cleansing Powder and mosturiser cum toner
Flower power adalah kerana the cleanser are made from mixtures of flowers and herbs.
Excuse the bottles yang tak semenggah itu, dah basah-basah kene air. I waited for weeks to snap the pictures and came out with the review sebab err..err aku pemalas.
The original condition of the packaging was superb. Will explain them later.
Ok, yes, this is 3-1 facial cleanser. It a cleanser, scrub and mask at the same time. As for the longer bottle with brownish liquid, it is another combination goodness, toner and mosturiser in one bottle.
Perfect untuk seorang pemalas macam aku and also for those
a) who travel a lot – less things to pack
b) who are very busy – no time to go through so many regime.
The cleanser came in with a sturdy matte looking glass. Being me, dah berapa kali botol ni jatuh atas lantai sebab tertepis dan terlanggar akibat menggelupur and I am happy to report, tiada crack yang berlaku.
As for the mosturiser/toner it came with a pump.
Senang nak guna, tekan and sapu. And tiada tumpahan. The packaging was made from plastic.
The interesting part of all was, the cleanser adalah dalam bentuk serbuk instead of liquid, which is good sebab I don’t have to worry adakah facial celanser aku akan tumpah bila travel and it’s hygenic [mold dan bacteria tidak boleh bertapak dengan pesat]
At first adalah terbangak- bangak camana nak guna cleanser ni. But as advised, lama-lama I get the hang out of it.
I have this measuring spoons for facial use so I took the smallest spoon and fill the half of it with the cleanser.
Letak dekat tangan and titikkan beberapa titis air mawar. Kalau takde air mawar air biasa pun boleh. Love the smell and if you see the serbuk bertukar kaler to purplish red, don’t freak out, that’s normal.
Then blend it jadi paste. I think the thickness depends on you. I prefer it not to be too thin and runny.
Lumur [gently ok!] satu muka avoiding the eyes area. Macam nama dia, ianya juga bertindak macam scrub, sambil dia cleanse dia scrub sekali.
Bila rajin boleh juga buat mask tapi setakat ni aku tak rajin lagi hehe.
Gila layan ok masa buat ni, dahla bau wangi.
After rasa dah cukup rata and bersih, rinse.
And then apply the toner/mosturiser.
Now the mosturiser came in 3 different types, depending on your skin. Make sure to check the blog and notify them on your skin type. Like me, aku konfus skin aku camana so I consult her and she suggested the right mosturiser/toner for me.
Oh, I also love the smell. Soothing and calming.
After cleansing.
Notice how often I put my makeless face on this blog now? Yes, sebab my skin looks better these days. No shit.
And the roughness adalah berkurangan.
I love this stuff and I am hoping they will continue the discontinued body scrub and come out with shampoo + conditioner and remedy for eyebags and dark circle.
