Last Saturday marked the last class for my cake decorating course.

I have been taking four courses all together since beginning of November and I am happy to say I am glad I did.

From someone who has no clue at all how to spread the cake topping, I managed to come up with this for my latest graduation cake

 

Ok, it may not be that great but I am still happy.

During the courses I’ve learned a lot how to ice cakes, make designs, flowers and many more.

Walaupun nak menyiapkan assignment tu kadang-kadang aku sakit otak, nevertheless I really enjoyed it.

Here are some of the them.

 

Now, some of you may know I have been taking orders for cakes, cookies, macarons and brownies but I didn’t really announce it or make it official.

Today, I am please to say that orders are opened!

Cakes:- chocolate, butter, carrot, red velvet, lemon and more to come

Macarons :- nutella [hazelnut chocolate], pistachio, lemon and more to come.

    tahniah chics!! cantik nye cake yg ko buat..tak nmpak mcm amatur pun..kemasss..aku dok tertanya2 jgk, mane gambo cakes ko..cake kuning itu sgt cantik.. :-)
