Last week after collecting our baju from the laundry I reliased something, bedmate’s red safety jacket telah turun colour resulting few baju berwarna merah dan pink.
Apa yang menakutkan seluar salwar kameez bedmate which was white had turned into pink dan bercapuk-capuk. And my inner baju also dari putih telah bertukar menjadi pink bercapuk.

Kemak, I said, not knowing who the cursing was for.
I wanted to blame the laundry for not washing the whites seperately but then I don’t think that’s fair. I wanted to blame myself for being budak pemalas but ok I don’t want to blame myself haha.
Apa aku nak buat niiiiiii?Keji gila nak suruh bedmate pakai sluar pink, baju pink takpe lagi, sluar pinkkk? Memang menjurus ke aray ghey [abu dhabi guy pinjam ye hehe]. Lepas tu t-shirt muay thai pon dah jadi pink. Motif pakai t-shirt muay thai yang ala-ala ganas tapi kaler pink?
Takkan nak buang? Apa kau ingat kau anak Donald Trump nak main buang-buang?
And then I thought of something, something that I used to buy last time bila one of my fav baju terkena kaler biru.
Dylon Colour Run Remover
To find this dylon adalah agak menyakitkan jiwa because I had to go to subang to get it since Tesco or Giant didn’t carry this item. Yelakan kalau boleh nak beli benda nak basuh baju nak je aku pegi kedai mamak sebelah ni tapi masalahnya hanya Cold storage, Jusco [certain branch] and certain hardware shop yang jual.
After surveying the price I finally bought 1 at Jaya Grocer, cheaper by berapa tak ingat tapi memang murah sikitla berbanding Cold storage and the hardware shop yang aku pergi tu.
1 box contains 2 sachet and since I don’t have a washing machine [sobs] I have to wash the baju manually.
The sachet
The instructions goes something like this.
- Prepare some hot water which was suitable according to the label baju. Eh ini bukan kalau Gucci temperature dia panas sikit, kalau cap ah seng panas gila ye tapi ikut the care instruction. Tapi aku main agak-agak jela, tak kuasala pulak aku nak cari thermometer kan.
- Pour the run colour remover and stir
- Lepas tu masukkanla baju-baju tu, make sure semuanya dilemaskan [dilemaskan?], maknanya semua bawah air la [apala berbelit benar ayat aku ni?]
Cara-cara melemaskan baju
- Soak for at least 1 hour tapi have to stir regularly. Ni umpama mesin tangan manual ok, kene kacau pakai tangan. Cacat haha
- Lepas tu rinse throughly , wash and rinse as usual
Air dia agak-agakla, asal boleh totally soak the baju dah cukup.
First time aku buat, baju lain dah ok tapi yang putih tu degil sikit. Dah tak bertompok but still pink yang agak obvious. Dulu dia ada run colour remover for white tapi sekarang ada satu je boleh guna untuk coloured and white jadi macam kurang best.
So I cheated by soaking them again with Dylon Ultra Whitener, yang ni takde gambar sebab aku dah malas nak ambik but it helps, the pink colour faded.
The result
The muay thai t-shirt regain its machoness, the baby t dah boleh pakai tapi tunggu aku kururs sikit [hoh!], the brown tube regained its colour back, t-shirt brown pon dah brown balik takdela pink tersentil sana-sini and the white inner [spaghetti strap] pon dah ok, cuma the seluar adalah sedikit shy-shy pig. But I have to say there’s some improvement dari sebelumnya. Dia macam ghey ala-ala lite gitu.
Okla tu dari pink yang menjerit ”SELUAR PINK! SELUAR PINK!”.Yang ni stok bisik-bisik punya “psst..pstt seluar pink” hehe.
Oh ye abaikan lipatan baju macam orang yang tak berjari itu [bak kata mak aku].
Seriously, if you encountered any colour run, try this product tapi colour run mestilah baru kalau lama mungkin tak berapa nak jalan.
At the end of the day, aku sangat bangga, melipat baju sambil memuji diri sendiri.
