My mom texted me saying she cooked sup ketam for me and of course I went to her house which make me forgot to exerceise. Oklah I purposely malas hehe
Breakfast -Yogurt
Lunch – Sup ketam + sambal terung
Dinner – As per lunch
Lately I realised I easily feel lenguh even buat kerja sikit. from my reading that’s normel so nothing to wory about :)
