Candida diet : Day 13

Managed to do some yoga and pilates. I felt quite ok , better than the first week definitely.
At this stage I don’t care to spice up my meal anymore, maybe because I took brown rice or cook chapati often

Breakfast – None
Lunch – Ikan singgang with porridge [brown rice]
Dinner – As per lunch

This is a tiring process especially the result is slow but I will keep going on, until next week perhaps :)

We’ll see

But I definitely feel better these days!
