Things are getting better these days, physically but not emotionally.Ok I lied, it did improved
Breakfast – 2 half boiled eggs
Lunch -skipped * I went to accompany my emak and totally forgot about lunch
Dinner – Quinoa , sauteed with yellow onions
Did not manage to do any exercise. Lazy ass.
Still got some pleghm now and then, frommy reading it said the die off period is almost the same like when you are having it. Weird but ok
