Bazaar Ramadhan Stadium Shah Alam

Last weekend was the weekend that I had the chance to go to the big bazaar [or pasar, which everlah ye]  ramadhan in Shah Alam.

Usually, I will always make review of bazaar ramadhan every year tapi last year aku tak buat, pasal malasla pulak nak bawak camera pegi pasar yang sesak itu.

But this year, ianya kembali, although meriview tempat yang penah di review. Takpela, let’s see apa yang menarik dan tak menarik iaitu jangan beli sebab tak sedap.

Tetibe dekat pasar ramdhan ade jual balloons, boleh? Tapi yang ni tak kiut sangat ada satu lagi pakcik tu jual lagi kiut, nasib baik aku tak terrrrrbeli hehe.

We started with the lorong yang paling jauh from our car, note that I will only take pictures yang menarik di mata aku, takdela semua gambar aku nak ambik, benda yang simple  macam karipap takdela aku nak ambik.

I bought two pulut udang just because dah tinggal sikit, orang kata kalau dah tinggal sikit tu makanya sedapla.

Juga telah mengutarakan trick question yang bangang

Me: Ni pulut inti apa bang?

Penjual: Inti kelapa.

Me: Inti kelapa? Kelapa dengan ikan ke?

Penjual: *Terdiam. Dengan udang dik

Tak ke bangang, dah tahu nama pulut udang, nak gakk tanya inti ikan hahaha. Aku bukan apa saje nak testing [testing?] the brother whether he knew or not about his product. Ye aku tau, bangang.

The taste? Ok-ok only, not too bad but not that sedap, standardlah, still tak boleh lawan pakcik pulat udang yang jual at the same stadium 4 years ago. Tengok, kalau kau masak sedap, komfemmmm orang akan ingat.

That’s the only kuih that I bought, was thinking to buy roti john tapi hari tu dah buat dan baiklah aku buat sendiri je kaulau nak lagi [click on the link for recipe]

Not too far form the gerai pulut panggang I saw a gerai dengan nama yang agak menarik, ayam panggang kenyalang

Apa yang kenyalang pon aku tataula but if I was not mistaken, sos dia macam kicap. Ke aku tengok salah? Hehe

And then we have ikan bakar, mana-mana tempat pon ada, tapi yang ni warnanya oren – agak menakutkan

I’ve never bought ikan bakar from pasar ramadhan coz the price is crazy, rasa die tak secrazy harga hehe

There also some drink that caught my attention

Look at the colours! So colourful and pekat  [yet unnatural]

I have to say the presentation made me went there and ambik gambar. But I love kepala laut though, not sure whether this one sedap or not.

Jus mangga original katanya. Katanyaaaaaaaaaa

I bought this one after decieved by the looks. It turned out to be air gula and sedikit rasa mangga – which also taste somewhat fake.

And then I saw something which was verryyyyy interesting

When I saw this, I was so excited that I tartik-tarik my tukang teman baju. Itik pangganggg ohh chentaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Half itik cost RM20 and full itik cost RM38, I thought that was steep but the tukang teman [bekas pemakan itik panggang tak halal] said that’s the standard prize.

I didn’t buy it because I was eyeing for something else but fret not. I will be back with ititk panggang on my hand and gleeful smile on my face hehe.

So what did I had for berbuka?

The pakcik on the first photo is the owner, when he heard me questioning the authenticity to the tukang teman he said

“Jangan risau, ini original punya!”

I am not sure whether it was original or not but it was setaappppppppppppp. Aku menghirup kuahnya hingga ke akhir.

I only bought it on my second round, on the first round, laksa dia banyak lagi tapi bila aku sampai dah nak habis. Adalah panik. I want laksa Kuala Kangsar!

He sells cucur udang too yang dimana bila aku sampai second time, dah habis. Must be sedap, I ‘ll buy it next time.

Next, we saw roti jala with two kuah, kari and durian

There was another dish that caught my attention

I was like.. adakah ini sama dengan mee rebus Kebayan?

Looking from the mee and the keropok, macam betul but when I looked at the kuah, it looked more like kuah mee jawa rather than mee rebus. So I decided not to go for it.

The pasar ramadhan also sells pizza.

I am not sure how much does it cost per slice but 1 box cost RM19 which automatically received some comment from the tukang teman

“Wahh like that might as well I buy dominos!”

Hehe

And our way to the car we saw this

Nothing special except dia bertutup, so takdela kene habuk and debu masa dibakar kan.

When the owner saw me taking picture she said

“Takkan ambik gambar je dik, ambikla satu balik terus”

Hehe takpleah makcik, kalau saya nak makan roasted chicken baik saya suruh mak saya masak. Setapp dan free pulak tu hehe.

Tengok penyakit taik idung masin dah berjangkit. Heh
