Dah lama tak main masak-masakkan? Baiklahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hari ini kita akan bersama-sama memasak sup wantan atau wonton soup. Bukan apa, hari tu teringin gila nak makan wonton soup tapi nak makan banyak, selalu dekat kedai dia kasik sikit je, mana cukup. So I decided to look for the recipe at recipezaar and alter it to my liking.
Wonton Soup
Ingredients:
a. for wantan
- wonton skin [boleh beli dekat tesco, dekat bahagian tauhu, giant I am not sure]
- 1/2 Bombay onion [diced]
- mince chicken
- prawns
- mushroom [ swiss brown or white or whatever you like, dice]
- garam
b. for soup
- chicken broth [ aku rebus kaki kayam tapi kalau malas pakai je 2 kiub stok ayam]
- bak choy
- bombay onion [potong bulat]
Cara:-
- Boil the chicken feet [or whatever you are using to make chicken broth]

- Mix all the ingredients for wonton, except the wonton skin of course.

- Then take a bit of the mixture and place it on the wanton skin. Jangan banyak sangat nanti susah nak kelim.

- Dab some water around the skin and then fold it, hehe ini aku lipat ikut sukati aku je sebab obviously aku tak reti. And the most importnat thing, make sure all the skin stick to each other, or dalam erti lain, kau kelimlah camana-camana pon asalkan melekat.

- Continue making as much as you want.

Ye aku tau rupa dia keji. Tapi aku dan kak sarah ahnyalah tukang masak biasa je ok, so excuse the ugly result.
- Then, add the remaining bombay onion and simmer, agak-agak dah masak, masukkan wantan-wantan itu.

Wantan ni tak lama nak masak, kejap je. Dalam 5-6 minit macam tu dah masak.
- Finally add bak choy into the soup. Why bak choy? Sebab aku suka rasa dia bila dia dah bercampur dengan soup. Oh ye jangan lupa tambah garam.
- Hidangkan dan enjoy!

So for lunch yesterday, we had wonton soup and aglio olion [merah sebab aku sukati letak chilli flakes siam, sedap gila!]. Ye aku tau tak kene tapi setap okies!
