We had a kenduri for my late aunty at nenek house yesterday. Kenduri is equal to makan banyak + sakit badan. Nevertheless, I came despite kemalasan yang melampau because like my mum said “Kalau kita tak pergi, siapa lagi nak pergi?”
Plus, it’s good to see my cousins and I have to say all my cousins adalah bongek dan kadang-kadang aku rasa nak blasah sebab lawak tahaper-haper.
Anyway, while I was having dinner:
Emak: Elle, tolong ambikkan alas kerusi dekat chebek
Elle went dissapear into nenek’s room. But not too long after that Wawa, her sister went outside
Wawa: Nek, apa nama tempat yang nenek suruh ambik tu?
Nenek: ChebekkkkklahhWawa: Chebek? * Buat muka confuse
Nek Mon [nenek's sister]: Chebekk pon tak tahuuuuuuuuuuuuu? * Point at one directionWawa: Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh chair backkkkkkkkkkk. * She came to me and show me the chair and it’s back while saying “Chair backkkkkkk” sambil membuat muka keji.
Yang nenek aku ni ponnnnnnnnnnnnnn.. haihhhhhhhhhhh
Si sengal yang kat sebelah aku ni bolehla pulak gelak sambil menambah “Tulah, nenek is leaning at the chebek while holding the remoke” [remoke adalah lagi satu perkataan nenek aku yang sungguh famous sehingga digunakan secara menular] 1
