One of the food in my craving list is nasi lemak antarabangsa. Ok before you say anything, let me clarify the reason kenapa aku crave nak makan nasi lemak antarabangsa. Last month, we had dinner at kampung baru tapi masa balik si perut buaya [not me] telah tapau nasi lemak antarabangsa, lauk sotong. I was quite full so I did not buy anything. Tapi bila balik rumah orang makan, aku pon sibuk jugak mengendeng nak and bloody bloody, setaplah pulak. Nak kata sebab lapar tidak mungkin,I was quite full that time.
So since that day, I crave for that nasi lemak.
Yesterday I waited patiently for that person to finish his conference meeting ke apa ntahla tak tau aku yang pasti adakah sedikit rasa tak sabar bila la nak balik ni? Around 10.30 like that he came home and we went to kampung baru. I ordered nasi lemak biasa with paru, he ordered the same tapii tak tahulah siapayang bingai, tukang order ke atau yang ambik order sebab according to him he repeated his order twice dan dua-dua kali itu salah kasi, last last he settled with whatever the pengambil order gave him, a piece of ayam goreng.
Ok now, in my mind aku dah ada satu rasa yang aku tunekan tapi aku makan nasi lemak tu the rasa that I have in my mind with the one in my mouth tak telly. Apasal sambal dia tak marvellous macam hari tu, kenapa sedikit masam and where’s my telur? Eating telur with nasi lemak is very crucial. In fact, if I could I want telur to be in my every meal. Telur manusia pon saya suka juga kadang-kadang hehe.
“Oh you want telur is it?”
Boleh menjadi point marah tapi lebih marah bila memikirkan, bukankah telur termasuk dalam package nasi lemak? I mean it was not his fault lah dia tak tahu tak ada telur, kalau kau order bak kut teh ke bolehla dia nak tahu apa yang missing kan. My guess would be, oh nak telur ye? Sila bayar extra. Apa kau ingat ayam aku bertelur free?
So takpe. Fine.

While eating I figured out kenapa hari tu makan sedap, must be the sambal sotong. But you see, I am quite a complicated person [who doesn't?], when I eat nasi lemak, I like my nasi lemak to be simple. Tak nak ayam, tak nak udang ke, rendang ke, sambal lain-lain semua tak nak. Paru takpe sebab dia kering dan dimakan begitu sahaja. To me, adding lauk like rendang and such akan merosakkan rasa. Janganla tanya apasal, aku pon tak tahu. Yang herannya masa aku pow orang punya tu ok je pulak, maybe tu sebab bukan aku yang punya orang punya. Yelakan, makan makanan orang punya ni memang semua sedap, cuba beli sendiri, tiba-tiba rasa tak sedap hehe.
The thing is, nasi lemak antarabangsa is so overrated. Kalau nasi lemak plain dia dah tak sedap, macamana orang boleh claim nasi lemak tu sedap gila babi? Make sense or not?
Dulu, a friend of mine pernah bawak aku pergi makan nasi lemak menangis dekat kampung baru, dia kata siapa makan boleh menangis sebab sedap gila. Memang sedap gila ok tapi aku takdela menangis. Just that, when it comes to finding route or even remembering my way to anywhere aku memanglah fail. So until today aku tak dapat jumpa dah mana nasi lemak menangis tu.
Other than that, ada siapa yang tahu mana nasi lemak yang sedap? Please leave all the ayam dara janda andartu behind. I am asking about plain nasi lemak here, minus ayam, udang, tikus or whatever it is.

Anyway, we only managed to makan for about 10 minutes when suddenly the rain came pouring. He suggested maybe we should move our chairs inside and continue eating tapi sebab dia tak sedap I said no, no need. I just eat all my paru and that should be enough. Well he did the same thing too.
In the car he said “Tak habiskan pun tak apa, tak rasa rugi”
I said “Memanglah, but paying nearly RM 1O for that type nasi lemak, I feel bloody cheated”
One thing for sure, we would not going there for a longgggggggggggg longggggggggg time.
Mana ntah aku nak cari nasi lemak sedap lemak ni.
