Food
Breakfast
- 1 yogurt [0% fat]
- 2 sachets of Juvanex
Lunch
- 1 bowl of ceaser salad
- A handful of sunflower seeds
- A glass of juice [gila lapaaaaa]
Dinner
Oh man. Supposedly makan dekat rumah tapi ada orang kata semalam nak balik tapi dia balik lambat so to pujuk, he ajak makan dekat Ismah. Hence, rosaklah diet ku
- Vegetable soup [before I know we will be going out]
- Tom yam
- Sizzling tofu
- 1 bowl of rice
- 2 sachets of Juvanex
Reactions:
- I woke up to find that I had my menses. Nothing weirdlah kan except, dah dekat 4 ke 5 bulan I was menses free, aku ingat takkan datang, tiba-tiba adela pulak. Hence explained the fatigue and tiredness the day before [agaknyelah kan]. So I guess it’s ok that I eat more sebab gila menggigil tangan aku and lemah gila rasa makan sikit.
- Berak dua kali, takde rasa sakit perut dan sangat lancar. Felt sooo selesa after that
- Frequent visit to the toilet, to pee
- After the dinner, was supposed to watch Madagascar 2 tapi as usual, I was feeling sleepy tak larat nak tunggu, balik rumah terus tido
The reactions are getting lesser cuma I am happy I got my menses and the thing is, tidak sakit lansung :). Tapi I am not sure whether it had anything to do with the detox.
Okla. I have to go, I have to send someone to work. Maybe will write later.
