The other night we watched this one Philippines horror movie on Kirana. If my memory is still good the title is Ang Pamana. Well, sebenarnya adalah rutin aku menengok cerita hantu dekat Kirana. Macam takde keje lain kan but hey I love watching horror movie, tight schedule doesn’t give much options for bonding so this is a good choice.
This movie did not let me down. There’s not much cliche scenes like orang merangkak atas siling, air keluar melimpah-limpah, telefon bungi tkkk..tkkk or hantu muka buruk dengan tangan berkuku panjang tergapai-gapai macam wtf la. Cuma aku tak suka bila part hantu berkepak tu keluar, dah macam tapaper. But still menyebabkan aku tengok sambil menyorok bawah selimut.
What I love about this movies is the similarity of their manananggal [winged, half-bodied vampires] and our penanggal, both like to eat babies or things which are related to that. Dulu masa aku duduk dekat kampung time cuti skolah gila takut ok bila orang cerita pasal ni and my favourite scene was bila the couples nak melarikan diri tengah malam, naik motor dengan full speed but on the way they saw a white figure. The girl said “Just drive” and the guy drovelah tapii everytime they passed the figure they will still see her along the way dan jalan itu nampak sama sahaja gelap dan suram. Last-last the white figure show her face, that’s the girl nenek. Macam gampanglah, aku dahla kene drive sorang-sorang waktu malam kadang-kadang.

So he asked me what will I do if that happen to me.
Me: I’ll just drivelah
He: Ok, ok what if tiba-tiba she stopped right in front of your car? And stare at you
Me: I stopla.
He: And then you see her moving but you can’t see her legs. She moves closer to your car.
Me: What kind of question is this?
He: And then dia makin dekat..makin dekattt
Me: I langgar dia! Nanti dia tembus kereta I
He: Then lepas tu you dengar “Tolong nakk..jangan langgar makciikkkk..Nanti sakittt”
Me: I stoppppppplaaaaaa. Or I reverse
He: And she move foward so fast towards you.. howwwww? Hari tengah malam ni
Me: Ahhh, I langgar jela diaaa. You makeme stressla
He: Tsk tsk.. I tak sangka you macam ni. Sanggup jadi pembunuh!
Me: But she’s already dead!
He: Mana you tahu,entah-entah dia makcik pakai skateboard ke?
Kau boleh tak jangan tanya soalan macam ni hahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh?
*sampukan tamat*
Anyway, I was talking to my peneman tengok tv last night while watching another cerita hantu at TV3. Cerita itu sungguh tahaper-haper bolehla pulak masuk alam lain and hantu dia macam the matriks. I mean come on, don’t tell me that kind of hantu scare the shit out of you.
One good example cerita yang memang menakutkan orang is the eye. Hantu dalam lif, hantu lidah panjang [aku gile takut] and hantu dekat hospital.
Other kejadian that would probably menakutkan aku:
- Kau tido sekali kau pusing facing your partner and your partner smile at you in a scary way, muka pon dah lain. Tolongla jangan jadi dekat aku.
- Tengah-tengah surf internet malam-malam ada orang belai-belai rambut and tiup-tiup tengkuk
- Masuk-masuk bilik air tengok hantu tengah hisap tuala wanita [ok ini urban legend budak tinggal hostel]. Tak nak okk tak nakkk
- Or lagi satu urband legend, hantu gosok gigi pakai pisau lepas tu mulut dia berdarah-darah. Tsk
Ok tu je sebab aku dah takut. Hehe bangang jugakla kan.
Tapi, apakah kejadian yang boleh menakutkan yew bunnies?
