Let me tell you what happened to Titten. Remember, in my previous post, that there were lumps on her tetek? It turned out that she was pregnant, despite being a kitten. Tulah dia, orang dah pesan jangan keluar malam, nakk jugak keluarrr pergi menyundal kau tu kecik lagii, kan dahhh. Degil lagi. Itula balasan takmo dengar cakap kakak.
Since she is still a kitten, the body was not ready to carry all the responsibilities, thus making her mammary glands became swollen because of the increasing hormones, produced by the womb. It keeps getting bigger and bigger but after when to womb got infected, pus began to fill her mammary glands. Which later slowly came out from her vagina.

That was just an assumptions by the vet of what had happened because according to them, this was the first case ever. Even when they consulted UPM vet, UPM also never came across such case.
I got a phone call on saturday morning from the vet saying that they had to perform an emergency operations to Titten, else she could face a sudden death. They promise to call back with the price quotation but I only got a call from them next day with news Titten already went for the operation and the declaration of the total damage [for the pocket of course].
They had to remove the whole of Titten’s reproductive organ which are the ovary. The swollen bits are still there and it would take approximately 2 months for them to subside. When I reached the clinic, I had an image of a weak Titten in my mind. But no, she looked so fine and mewed gaily when she saw us. Tak drama lansungla kucing aku ni.

She is doing fine now, sleeping in the cage with heater pad underneath her tetek. She is eating and mengada-ing at the normal pace. And I hope she will get better. Special thanks to the doctors.
